The Richmond Rose A.A.R.S. Garden is open 365 days a year from 6AM until 11PM. There is no admission charged for visiting the garden.

The garden is wheelchair accessible and restrooms are available in Glen Miller Park at the concession building.

The Garden closes at 11PM since we are on Glen Miller Park property.
