The Richmond Rose A.A.R.S. Garden is open 365 days a year from 6AM until 11PM. There is no admission charged for visiting the garden. The garden is wheelchair accessible and restrooms are available in Glen Miller Park at the concession building. The Garden closes at 11PM since we are on Glen Miller Park property.

Many issues have begun developing with our Star brick walkways. The brick are separating and we need to re-lay them properly.

    The All American Rose Garden was started in 1987 and thrives today as a unique and very special location in the heart of Richmond, IN.

    Today visitors experience the beauty of our flourishing thirty year old garden that highlights over 100 varieties of All American Rose Selections® amidst blooming annuals, perennials, and ornamental trees that add an interesting texture to the garden.

The Richmond Rose Garden, along with the Richmond-Friendship Garden and E.G. Hill Memorial Rose Garden, is located in Glen Miller Park and faces U.S. 40 East.
