Bloom&Glow

First Bloom & Glow

is an annual event to celebrate the first blooms of the roses. It has also become a fundraiser for the maintenance of the Rose Garden. The event takes place in the Rose Garden from 6:30pm until 8:30pm. There are 6 local vendors in the garden with various food items. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased from a committee member, board member, Wayne County Foundation office or at the Welcome Center. The hot air balloons begin to set up around 8pm with glow at dark around 9:15pm.
